WHAT IS REQUIRED
A dedicated 120v electrical circuit with an outlet located within 25 feet of the serving area.*
*Please inform us if the distance to the outlet is further than 25 feet.
7-10 feet of space for setup: 5 feet for espresso machine cart & an additional 4 feet for the buffet table & ice cooler.
Access to the serving area at least 1.5 hours before serving time.*
*If the loading dock is not easily accessible from the set-up location, we will require more time.
